I’ve found the shoes I want but can’t select my size

 

If you are unable to select your size or your size is not listed, it is because we are out of stock of that item.

 

Each season we produce a limited run of shoes and sometimes produce a re-run of popular styles.

Has my order been sent yet?

 

If you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email sent to the email you provided. Upon receiving the order, we aim to dispatch goods within 1-2 working days.

 

Destinations within the UK typically take 3-5 working days for delivery, and destinations outside the UK may take up to 4 weeks delivery depending on the destination country.

How to I return my order?

 

For any undamaged and unworn product(s), simply return it with its included packaging, the original delivery receipt and returns form within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

 

Faulty items or items that have been wrongfully sent should follow the same procedure as above.

 

In addition, please note the following products are not eligible for return: Worn Items, Sale items, Discount items, Promotional items, Items purchased from 3rd Party sellers

 

We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a 'Certificate of Posting/Proof of Delivery' as, until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility.

 

Returns are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back.

 

Please allow a further week for a refund to show on your account. The timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.

Can I track my order?

 

We do not provide tracking details with your order, however we are always looking to improve our service and are looking into this.

 

If your order hasn't showed up in the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

I forgot to use my discount code / The price has changed on something i just bought

 

Should Walsh reduce its price on any product within 24 hours from the date you purchased your product, feel free contact us to receive a refund.

 

Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, and sales using discount codes.

When will I receive my pre-order?

 

Sometimes WALSH may allow the sale of upcoming stock earlier than its availability, this offer is available on products that are marked 'PRE-ORDER'.

Full payment will be taken for the purchase and orders will be dispatched when available, this is usually within 6-8 weeks from pre-order offer starting.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

UK delivery is £4.50 or FREE with certain offers (Orders sent within the UK should be received in 3-5 working days).

 

Worldwide delivery is £4.50 or FREE with certain offers (Orders sent outside of the UK may take up to 3-4 weeks delivery depending on your destination).

 

Should your product not arrive in the above time frames, please contact us and we will look into the delivery tracking and details.

 

Orders may take up to 3 days to dispatch and all delivery times are only estimated. Please note your delivery may take longer than expected during sales and holiday times.
