We aim to process all orders placed before 12:00 (GMT) Monday – Friday.
Any orders placed after 10:00 Monday – Thursday will be processed the following working day. Orders placed after 12:00 Friday, including Saturday and Sunday, will be processed Monday.
Within promotional periods and holiday seasons (including Bank Holidays), our dispatch process may be longer but our Walsh Team are working on your order.
Once dispatched, please allow up to 24 hours for all tracking information to activate.
Store Pick Up:
We aim to process store collections as soon as possible but this may take up to 1-2 working days. Please await your pick up confirmation email before collecting your order. We ask that you bring along your order confirmation or order number and proof of ID for pick up.
Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your pick up confirmation email. Failure to collect your order within this time will result in your order being refunded.

As the UK has left the European Union, orders to Europe may now be affected with additional terms and customs procedures.

Orders to Non-EU destinations may be liable to customs charges. These charges and any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
