Terms of Sale


By placing an order with Norman Walsh, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order and price. Norman Walsh reserves the right to refuse any request made by you.

Our Norman Walsh Team takes great care in ensuring that our product photography accurately represents our products. However, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of colours will exactly replicate the product. Due to the nature of our product line and the heavy involvement of hand-crafted machinery, small inconsistencies may occur between products. These will still meet our quality control standards. Please note, products with foil printed or embossed back-tabs may fade over time. 

If you believe any material on our website is inaccurate or intellectual property belonging to you or a third party has been improperly posted on our site, please let us know by sending an email to

Once an order is successfully placed with Walsh, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order. A contract for your order will be formed once successful payment has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if for example; the item is unavailable or out of stock, if we cannot confirm payment or, if there is an error in the product description including prices/promotions or, if we suspect fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to amend any details provided to your delivery address should this be partially missing. If a full address can not be confirmed, we reserve the right to contact you and/or cancel your order.


All prices advertised are subject to changes. All sales are not complete until marked as fulfilled on the website. Costs in foreign currencies may fluctuate.

Dispatch times may vary and any guarantee or representations made for delivery times are subject to delays from postal couriers that we are not responsible for. Please read our shipping information for further details.

For Store Collections, orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your pick up confirmation email. Failure to collect your order within this time will result in your order being refunded. Orders must be collected from the provided address and within the dictated opening hours.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you purchase goods from us online or by phone, you have 14 days from receiving your order in which you may cancel (or, 14 days from the final delivery if your order is separately delivered). Should you wish to cancel your order, the items must be returned back to us before this can be processed. Return postage of cancelled orders is not covered by Norman Walsh.

By placing an order, you agree to our Returns Policy and all information included on our 'Returns' Page - "For any undamaged and unworn product(s), send these off for a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order. We can then provide an exchange, or a refund based upon the original payment method. Any items received outside of this time may be issued store credit or returned to the customer.

In addition, please note the following products are not eligible for return: Worn Items, Gifted Items, Items purchased from Third Party sellers. This does not affect your Consumer Rights.

All products must be in the original packaging, unworn and with all tags where possible still attached. We will not be able to accept any returns where postage labels, stamps, tape or similar have been applied directly to the product packaging. Any items received not in this condition will be returned to the customer.

Return postage is not covered by Norman Walsh. We recommend that you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a 'Certificate of Posting/Proof of Delivery' as, until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility." 

Refunds will not include any delivery charges unless stated differently in writing by a member of the Norman Walsh team. Return postage charges may be reimbursed if agreed in writing by a member of the Walsh team up to a value of £5.50 for UK returns and/or as quoted from a team member for UK and International returns. Once received and processed, all refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Any items returned without any information relating to the owner of the product or, with no contact made regarding claiming the item, will be disposed of after a period of six months.

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. Please contact us should you have any complaints or comments.

Any attempt of repairs or modifications to products made by yourself or, by a third party, results in a void of manufacturing warranty. 

Discount Codes


From time to time Walsh may offer promotional discount codes that may apply to specific or all product/s on this website.

Promotional codes may have an end date and the conditions of use relating to the code will be specified at the time of issue.  

These following terms and conditions apply to all Norman Walsh promotions/competitions and discount codes:

Only one promotion code can be redeemed per order.

Discount Codes must be entered into the promotional code box at the checkout. 

A promotion code cannot be used after an order has been placed.

A promotion code cannot be redeemed on a previous purchase.

Codes must be used within their dedicated time frame. If you fail to use your code within the set time frame, any credit or code cannot be re-actioned by Walsh. Store credit history will remain on our system for three months after the date of expiry. Once this time has passed, Walsh cannot be of help regarding that credit.

Gift Cards

eGift Cards will be sent to the recipient upon purchase. eGift Cards expire 12 months from purchase date. eGift Cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Gift Cards must be redeemed through

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. 


Items returned from a gift card purchase will be refunded as store credit. If you paid with a combination of gift voucher and another payment method, we will reissue your gift card amount and refund the alternative payment method. You may ask for the full amount to be refunded as store credit. 

Free Items


We may from time to time offer free items with certain orders. One free promotional item applies per order.

If an order with a free item is returned, the promotional item must be returned also. Failure to return the free item will incur the cost of the item being deducted from the refund amount.
