Order Processing

We aim to process all orders placed before 12:00 (GMT), Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 10:00 (GMT) Monday to Thursday will be processed on the following working day. Orders placed after 12:00 (GMT) on Friday, including orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on Monday.

During promotional periods and holiday seasons, including Bank Holidays, our dispatch process may take longer than usual. Our Walsh Team will continue to work to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Taxes & Customs

Taxes

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes, such as VAT, sales tax or consumption tax, where these taxes are required to be collected at the time of purchase.

The tax treatment of an order depends on the destination country and applicable local tax regulations. The tax amount, where applicable, will be shown during checkout.

Customs Duties

Customs duties are separate from VAT, sales tax or consumption tax.

For international orders, customs duties may apply depending on the destination country. Whether customs duties are charged, and the amount payable, are determined by the customs regulations and trade policies between the United Kingdom and the destination country, together with factors such as the product's country of origin, commodity/HS code, declared value and the customs rules in the destination country.

Customs duties are not determined by Walsh and may vary from country to country.

Where applicable, any customs duties and import charges will be displayed at checkout. If duties are not collected at checkout, they may be payable when the order enters the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import charges or customs clearance/handling fees that are not collected at checkout.

Please note that customs duties and import charges are different from VAT, sales tax or consumption tax. Payment of tax at checkout does not necessarily mean that customs duties are also included, unless this is specifically stated at checkout.

Customs authorities in the destination country determine whether charges are due and how much is payable. Customs thresholds and procedures vary from country to country, and Walsh cannot guarantee or advise on the exact charges that may apply to a particular order.

International Orders

As the UK has left the European Union, orders to Europe may be subject to additional customs procedures.

Orders to the EU may be subject to customs duties and other import requirements. Applicable VAT and other taxes will be handled according to the tax treatment applicable to the destination country and the information shown at checkout.

Orders to non-EU destinations may also be subject to customs duties, import charges and customs clearance fees.

Any charges that are not collected at checkout must be paid by the customer. Walsh has no control over customs decisions, import charges or clearance fees imposed by the destination country's authorities.

Customs policies, tax rules, duty rates and import thresholds vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs authority for the most up-to-date information.

Please note that delays caused by delivery couriers, customs inspections or customs clearance are outside of our control.

If you do not receive your dispatch email or your order within the estimated delivery timeframe above, please contact us at service@normanwalsh.com and we will look into this for you.

Store Pickup

We aim to process store collection orders as soon as possible, but this may take 1–2 working days.

Please wait for your pick-up confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation or order number and proof of ID.

Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your pick-up confirmation email. Failure to collect your order within this period will result in your order being refunded.
