I’ve found the shoes I want but I can’t select my size?

 

If you are unable to select your size or your size is not listed, it is because we are unfortunately out of stock in that item. Each season we produce a limited run of our unique British made footwear. 

Please get in touch for any restock enquiries.

How much is delivery and how long will it take?

​

UK Standard  £5.50 - 3 to 5 Working Days   

Europe            £7.50 - 7+ Working Days

Worldwide      £9.50 - 10+ Working Days     

 

Delivery times are an estimate and can be affected from a range of factors outside of our control. Delivery may take longer during sale and holiday periods. Please read our full delivery details here.

You can also collect your order for free from our Bolton Factory! We aim to process store collections as soon as possible but this may take up to 1-2 working days. Please await your pick up confirmation email before collecting your order. 

Pick Up Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am till 4:00pm.

Has my order been sent yet?

 

If you have successfully placed an order online, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided. Upon receiving the order, we aim to dispatch goods within 1-2 working days (this may be delayed during promotional periods).

If you have not received your confirmation or dispatch email and/or think you may have entered the wrong email address, contact us and we can help!

Can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number in your dispatch email. The courier should also contact you with all tracking details following dispatch. If you receive neither of these, please contact us.

​

Please allow up to 24 hours for all tracking information to update once dispatched.

How do I return my order?

 

For any undamaged and unworn product(s), return these within 14 days of the date you receive the product.

We can then provide an exchange or a refund based upon the original payment method.

 

  1. Fill in the Returns Form

  2. Pack up your item/s (you can reuse the original packaging). Don’t forget to include the Returns Form and your original delivery receipt.

  3. Please use the address label included in your order or, write your own.

I forgot to use my discount code / The price has changed on something I just bought

 

Should Walsh reduce its price on any product within 24 hours from the date you purchased your product, feel free contact us to receive a refund for the difference. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, including flash sales and special product offers

If you have forgotten to use a promotional code unfortunately the price difference cannot be refunded.

When will I receive my pre-order?

 

All information regarding the dates of dispatch on pre-ordered items will be displayed on the individual product page. Please get in touch should you have any questions about a pre-order item.

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?

 

We try and provide you with as much information as possible regarding each product which can be found in the product page description. If you do need any more information, please contact us.

What is the difference in soles?

 

We use our Walsh Rubber and Walsh EVA Compound soles in our Casual Range. These have different properties as our EVA is softer and lighter compared to rubber. With this, the two have different natural wearing properties that may be evident throughout use and show different signs of wear and tear.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We accept all major Credit & Debit cards and payments through PayPal. We also offer and accept eGift Cards that can be bought an redeemed online.

*Please note that eGift cards are non-refundable.

How do I use my eGift Card?

 

Shop as normal online then at the payment section of the checkout click 'Redeem a Gift Card'. You can then enter your unique gift card number. If you're spending more than the value of your gift voucher, you'll need to pay the extra using another payment method in the usual way.

Gift vouchers will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Can I return items I've bought with my eGift card?

 

Of course! Your right to return is exactly the same. If you paid for your whole order with a gift card, then you will receive your refund as store credit. 

​

If you paid with a combination of gift voucher and another payment method, we will reissue your gift card amount and refund the alternative payment method. You may ask for the full amount to be refunded as store credit.
